1.1. The work is paid in advance. 100% prepayment is made before the start of work (in the case of an auction on ych.commissions) or after the sketch is approved (in all other cases).
1.2. Payment is made through third-party sites (such as Patreon), Boosty and Hipolink.
1.3. By default, websites offer to covering the service fee. This is completely voluntary and optional.
1.4. IMPORTANT! Due to the specifics of the websites, A REFUND FOR A COMMISSION IS NOT POSSIBLE.2. The work consists of several stages:
1) Customer sends references, describes the idea.
2) Artist (me) draws a sketch/sketches and sends them to the customer.
3) Edits are made, and the most preferred option is selected. At this point, edits are free.
4) Artist gets to work. By default, the work process does not sended, but can do so upon request.
5) The artist submits the finished work, edits are made, if any.
6) The result is uploaded to Google Drive in a folder with the customer's name.
7) The artist can specify whether it is allowed to post the finished art on his social networks. In this case, he leaves credits and watermark.3.1. Edits after the end of the work are paid (depending on the complexity).
3.2. The first two simple/one complex edits are free.
3.2.1. The complexity of the edits is determined by the artist.
3.2.2. Simple edits are considered, for example: to change the color of one or more elements.
3.2.3. Difficult edits are considered, for example: changing the pose.4.1. Artist can draw:
1) OCs
2) Characters from fandoms
3) OCs without reference
4) Any humanoid creatures (with human faces)
5) Light NSFW or NSFW (discussed personally).
6) Any ships and type of relationship
7) Proship and ”dead dove"
4.2. Artist does not draw:
1) Furry
2) Complex mecha
3) Animals (discussed personally).5. The complexity of the background is determined by the artist.6.1. The final art belongs to the customer and can be used for personal purposes, for example, as avatars, etc., as well as published on any social media (preferably with credits).
6.2. Minor changes to the art are possible (for example, cropping, changing the background if the artist submitted the file without it). Redrawing or other major changes are prohibited and remain on the conscience of the customer.7.
